Description

Special Notice: The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) is awarding a Purchase Order for the purchase of 25 each Anemometer, Totalizing and 25 each Anemometer, Totalizing Replacement Cup Assembly, Wind Speed Sensor to Novalynx Corporation. The only known approved source of supply is Novalynx P/N 200-2510-A or P/N 200-2510NC (Totalizing Anemometer) and P/N 200-WS-01B (Replacement Cup Assembly). The totalizing anemometer is used in the National Weather Service, Cooperative Weather Observing Program (COOP) Evaporation Station Pan. The proposed contract action was issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation that was posted on FedBizOpps under WC133W11RQ0659KLC on May 25, 2011, for 12 days with no responses to the notice. An award was issued to Novalynx Corporation.
