- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract to Skyline Displays, Inc. for 2 Units, DesignView Projector System Exhibit Display to include Frame, Case, Projection screen, and Dukane Projector in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. The statutory authority, FAR 6.302-1 states that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Skyline Displays, Inc., was determined to be the only vendor capable of providing the DesignView Projector System with the detailed specifications required. The NAICS Code for the requirement is 54180. (This is not a request for competition/proposals; however, all responsible sources shall submit a capability statement (at no cost to NGA) that will be considered by NGA. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. Direct responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Edward Smith, Edward.F.Smith@nga,mil not later than Friday 20 September, 2011
