- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract to VA Department of Recreation and Virginia for survey of all shale barren rock cress sites on U.S. foret Service (USFS) lands in Virginia to determine theri persistence and to provide information needed to enable permanent protection measures to be taken by the USFS in cooperation with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Seed will also be collected for long term storage at the North Caroline Botanical Garden.
