- The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to McGraw-Hill Digital located at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020 for the renewal of a 12-month license to include Access Emergency Medicine, Access Medicine, and Access Surgery. JUSTIFICATION: McGraw-Hill is the proprietary owner, manufacturer, and distributor of the Access on line book series. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b) (2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the above point of contacts.
