Quotations may be submitted via email to: susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil or Fax 410-306-3726. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date. For questions concerning this Request for Quotations contact Susan Sowa Contracting Specialist @ email susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil. Additional questions must be received no later than September 15, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Question 1: Please clarify the unit of measure required for this purchase order. The quantity on the solicitation reads 51,000 each; the requested part is a spool of 3000 feet /spool. Are you looking to procure 51,000 feet or 51,000 spools? Answer 1: 17 rolls of 3000 feet each for a total of 51,000 feet of detectable mule tape DT1800P, DT Series 22 AWG, Neptco Incorporated brand name or equal. Question 2: Can you please extend the contract due date until you clarify the quantity? Answer 2: This solicitation has been extended to September 20, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
