- The subject requirement is for the manufacture and delivery of 2,350 each of "Pistol / Ammo Pocket Assembly, Color Coyote Brown 3758, Part No. 3561AS313-1C", NSN: 8415-01-569-4125. The item is to be made in accordance with applicable drawing number 3561AS313 Rev. J, dated 27 Jul 09, aramid cloth, snap closure and modular IAW NAWC-PD-29611A, dated December 6, 2006, pattern date 27 May 2004. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Inspection and Acceptance at Source, FOB Destination. Contractor furnished material only. Production Lot Testing is required. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The estimated Production Lead-Time is 270 days which includes the following: • 120 days for submission of FAT samples • 30 days for the Government to provide approval/disapproval • 120 days for delivery at a rate of 500 per month The estimated solicitation release date is 10/03/2011.
