- Intent to Sole Source - Gyrus ACMI, Inc The Department of Veterans Affairs in Nashville, TN intends to issue a sole source procurement to Gyrus ACMI, Inc to provide a full service contract on seven (7) Gyrus ACMI Model DUR-D Flexible Ureterscopes for VA Medical Center - Lexington. A sole source procurement will be issued to Gyrus ACMI, Inc because they are the only vendor capable of ully repairing the DUR-D Ureterscopes to manufacturer standards. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 339112 and has a size standard of 500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
