- ANP Fuel Decree ANA Fuel Decree Initial Survey Points FIMI Q&A 2 Amendment 0002 W91B4M-11-R-0025 (Conformed to Amendment 0002) UPDATE: 1) Deadline extended (Conformed Copy and Amendment posted) 2) Separate Price and Technical Approach proposals required 3) 2nd Q&A posted 4) Initial Survey Points posted 5) ANA & ANP Fuel Decrees posted ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The Kabul Regional Contracting Center, Kabul, Afghanistan, Camp Eggers intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Fuel Point Survey. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and delivery in support of US Forces - Afghanistan. The Contractor shall begin performance not later than 30 days after award. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open competition. The government intends to evaluate award on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541730. The entire solicitation, W91B4M-11-R-0025 will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 16 August 2011. Telephone and fax requests will not be honored. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code in the Central Contractor Registration system. JCCS registration will suffice if company is Afghan-owned.
