- Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Synopsis Information Form DESCRIPTION: The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The FSC of this requirement is: 2910. An Indefinite Quantity IDPO with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. The total value shall not exceed $149,999.00. Small Business Size Standard is 1000. Solicitation will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on September 16, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFQ. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
