- Brand Name Justification The U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to GT Software, Inc. located at 235 Peach Tree Street NE Suite 1 400, Atlanta, GA 30303-1402. A fixed-price contract for software maintenance to support proprietary products is anticipated. This is not a request for quotation. GT Software is the only company that can provide the maintenance needed concerning the required software application. The Department of Education, Federal Student Aid intends to procure the following: Ivory Software Maintenance BMS/TS Package - Quantity of 1 This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
