- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010092061 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 Effective 04 Aug 2011. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 332999 with the number of employees not to exceed 500. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: The request is for a one-time buy to purchase (3325)-Uni-Pak Pallet Top NSN: 8115-01-444-0211 CLIN 0002: The request is for a one-time buy to purchase (1664)-Uni-Pak Pallet Sleeve NSN: 8115-01-444-0212 CLIN 0003: The request is for a one-time buy to purchase (3376)-Uni-Pak Pallet Bottom NSN: 8115-01-444-0206 CLIN 0004: The request is for a one-time buy to purchase (1744)-Uni-Pak Pallet Sleeve NSN: 8115-01-444-0197 Quote shall include shipping and handling fees and charges to the destination of USARAK G-4, Building 1047 Apt 7, Nysteen Street, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Quote Information: Quotes must be submitted and received no later than Friday, September 16, 2011, at 1700 hours(5:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time.
