- Military Sealift Command, Services and Ship Support Division, IT Branch (N1022) requires CQ.com services, i.e publication and user licenses for CQ.com. CQ.com is an online data source for congressional activities used by the Congressional Liaison Office to obtain information on congressional activities that pertain to MSC. Subscription services will be for a firm period of twelve months. From MSC's research these services are exclusive to CQ-Roll Call, Inc.'s proprietary database, and as such are the only source. A sole-source, firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by Military Sealift Command.
