- This is not a notice for a solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposalor Request for Whitepapers. This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the National Warheads & Energetics Consortium (NWEC), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Pre-Solicitation Notice and Industry Day Announcement has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for the Department of Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) in support of the Counter Rocket Artillery Mortar Program Directorate (C-RAM) Accelerated Improved Intercept Initiative (AI3). Interested parties can be directed to www.nwec-dotc.org and all information regarding this Pre-Solicitation Notice and Industry Day Announcement can be obtained at www.nwec-dotc.org. Non-NWEC parties must join the NWEC to respond to this Notice. Any questions concerning the Pre-Solicitation Notice at www.nwec-dotc.org should be addressed to the ATI point of contact listed in the Notice.
