- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Leonard Wood requires LMR system software capable of running a Harris Corporation P25 trunk radio system. There is no set-aside for this solicitation and it is be marketed as unrestricted. The following items are BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Item 0001: Harris Corporation FX Software Services Item 0002: Harris Corporation SumsWatchPlus (Security Update Management Package)this is IA hardening software. Quotes submitted will require a technical review by Fort Leonard LMR operator to ensure software operability. Ensure all quotes include a technical point of contact. Applicable clauses are attached
