- Requirements Purchase of simulated weapons, munitions, and paramilitary dress to be used by Guardian Angel Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), for associated training. All equipment must be specifically designed to simulate and perform as weapons and munitions currently encountered on combat missions. All weapon and simulation devices will function in a way that risk of injury can be mitigated with standard paintball personal protective equipment. Weapons and simulation devices will not leave hazardous residue or debris that would adversely affect health or the environment. All parts requested in this quote are to be brand new, never used.
