- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposals. This opportunity is only available to contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Region 7, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contracts for the South Texas Zone. The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Region 7, Acquisition Services Division intends to issue a Request for Proposal to the multiple award Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract awardees. The Request for Proposal will result in a task order to perform construction services to replace the light fixtures on 58 light poles at the Pharr Border Station. The project will take place in Pharr, Texas and will have a contract period of 120 days from Notice to Proceed.
