Amendment A02 nad attachments SPECIFICATIONS: 1.1 Add Section 011104 - Contract Documents 1.2 Section 012100 - Allowances Add the following to Paragraph 3.3 Schedule of Allowances: G. Allowance No. 7: Contractor to allow $50,000.00 for the abatement of Lead Containing Materials in the interior areas shown on Dwg A6.1 in the Contract Documents and as directed by USPSs designated environmental engineer. Provide a Unit Price in SF cost. 2.3 Section 012700 - Unit Prices, Paragraph 3.1 Add the following to Paragraph 3.1 - List of Unit Prices: J. Unit Price No. 8: Lead Containing Material Abatement 1. Description: Provide unit cost for labor and materials associated with the abatement of lead containing materials as directed by USPS's designated environmental engineer. 2. Unit of Measurement: Square Foot (SF) 2.4 Replace Section 013300f Schedule of Values with the attached page ATTACHMENTS 2.1 Replace Attachment 11: List of Unit Prices; Allowance; Schedule of Values 2.2 Add Attachment 21: Limited Asbestos Survey dated 6/22/2007 is included - This document lists the items tested and the results. Any additional discovery of suspected materials should be reported to USPS immediately. ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME
