- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast will sponsor an Industry Forum on November 2, 2011, from 8:00 AM EST to 12:45 PM EST, at the University of North Florida, University Center-Banquet Hall located at 12000 Alumni Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224-2678. Map and directions are provided at http://www.unf.edu/anf/universitycenter/Map_and_Directions.aspx This half-day conference is designed to collaborate with our industry partners who team with NAVFAC Southeast to provide the best facilities support contracting, safety, and energy solutions to the Navy. The forum offers a chance to participate in an interactive discussion and Q & A session with NAVFAC Southeast ™s top leaders and provides information you need on the latest FSC, Safety, and Energy workload, standards, and initiatives within NAVFAC Southeast. In order to ensure NAVFAC Southeast addresses topics most important to our industry partners, we are asking that each company provide their top five questions relating to facilities support contracting, safety, and energy in advance of the conference. Who Should Attend: Any contractors interested in facilities support contracting and subcontracting opportunities with NAVFAC Southeast. Firms are limited to three representatives per company as space is limited. Industry representatives interested in attending this event should contact Ms. Onica James at email address onica.james@navy.mil or (904) 542-8817 no later than October 20, 2011 and provide the following information: Attendee(s) Name Company Email Address Phone Number Top five questions (For each question, indicate if the question pertains to FSC, safety, or energy) NAVFAC Southeast will compile an attendee list consisting of name, company, email address and phone number. The listing will be provided to all attendees after the Industry Forum is completed. Participation in this Industry Forum is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts, or pay any costs associated with such participation. Please note: Ongoing source selections will not be discussed at the forum.
