- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue solicitation W911SR-11-R-0029 to result in award of a sole source Firm Fixed Price(FFP) 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to Kiple Acquisition Science Technology Logistics Engineering (KASTLE) under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. This effort will result in a Sole Source Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In accordance with FAR 19.1406 it was determined that only one SDVOSB exists with the capability of performing the services required by this IDIQ contract. The objective of this solicitation is to provide Chemical Biological Defense Programs with support services by assisting in the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting of NBC Defense Programs. The required services include: Chemical and Biological Defense Acquisition Program Management, Technology Development, Test Planning and Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Engineering Services, Training, Logistics Product Fielding, and Military Operations. Experience is also required with the Joint Service Aircrew Mask (JSAM). The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330. Resultant contract will be a 3 year IDIQ FFP contract. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
