- The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to PACIFIC STAR COMMUNICATIONS for VBRICK licenses for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because PACIFIC STAR COMMUNICATIONS is the only authorized company working directly with the WAARNG and is currently the only authorized vendor for this service at CAMP MURRAY TACOMA, WA.
