Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a Sole Source Basis with TDS Automation, Inc. located at 1801 East Bremer Avenue, Waverly, IA 50677-4268 for various repair parts for the Shipyard ™s heavy lift transporter manufactured by TDS Automation. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333298, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The contract line items (CLINs) are as follows. CLIN 0001: Fixture Locks, part number C3250-00039, 100 each CLIN 0002: Wheel Module, part number WL1509, 2 each CLIN 0003: Rotary Lift, part number C6379-00144, 1 each CLIN 0004: Servo Drive, part number AX5206-0000, 2 each CLIN 0005: Servo Valve, part number DHZO-TE-071-S3/B/I/F, 2 each CLIN 0006: Human Machine Interface, part number CP6201-0001-0000, 1 each CLIN 0007: Hydraulic Pump, part number 2GG9U08R, 2 each CLIN 0008: Enrange Radio, part number 25-09-100-805E, 1 each CLIN 0009: String Potentiometer, part number JX-P420-15-N13-10S-111, 4 each. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-11-T-0106 and it will be posted on or around 16 September 2011. Quotes are due by 3:00 pm EDT on 23 September 2011 and may be faxed to the attention of Bonnie Parker at fax number 757-396-9895 or emailed to her at bonnie.parker@navy.mil.
