- Notice of Intent by the Government to place an order with Coastal Aircrafts Parts of Sunrise, FL for 16 Oregon Aero Aviation Pilot/Co-Pilot Seat Cushions for UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. The proposed agreement will be issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The associated Federal Supply Classification Code (FSC) is 1680 and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413. Any vendor who feels they can provide the same type of product should notify this office, in writing, at the address shown above for consideration. The submission should also include an Air Worthiness Release (AWR) which addresses the specific product proposed. No long-term requirement has been identified at this time.
