Description
Three (3) Heska Vet IV 2.2 Infusion Pumps for Ohio Valley District Veterinary Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky. Requires the following characteristics: compact and portable with rechargeable battery, weighs 2.5 lbs; programmable infusion pump suitable for delivery of all types of fluids, including Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and intravenous fluid; can pre-program up to 10 different drip rates; piggyback compatible. The government intends to award on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source to provide Heska Vet IV 2.2 Infusion Pumps. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 procedures. NAICS code is 541940, size standard of $7 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than Tuesday, September 20.
