- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to The MathWorks Inc on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for MatLab Software Licenses and Maintenance. The MathWorks Inc. is the only provider of the above MatLab Software Licenses and Maintenance//Support Services. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by September 20, 2011 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention M. Bowden/G. Huffman. A determination by the Government to not compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
