- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following updates to the solicitation: 1. Change the proposal due date/time from "12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time, 23 September 2011" to "12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time, 30 September 2011" 2. Add questions and answers received from the solicitation and site visit. To receive these questions and answers, interested parties must send an e-mail to Paul Pierson at ppierson@usbr.gov with the following in the subject line "R11PA81507 - Request for Q&A". Upon receipt of the e-mail, an e-mail reply will be provided with the subject attachment(s). All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
