- The USPFO Contracting Offices proposes to issue a sole source award to Quickseries Publishing Inc. 3325 Griffin Road Suite 222, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312. Quickseries Publications Inc. is designated as the exclusive manufacture and provider of the training publications and supplies. The purpose of the award is to procure NM specific Resiliency and Stress management guides. A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE.
