- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337121, size standard 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following Lodge Style Hickory furniture: - 32" x 32" Bar Table, 1-1/2" Veneer top w/ hickory bark edge banding QTY 6 Each - Backless Bar Chair, Upholstered Seat, 29" Seat Height QTY 12 Each - Bar Chair, Vertical Back, Upholstered Seat, 29" Seat Height QTY 12 Each - Craft 76" Dining Table, 40" x 76" QTY 1 Each - Hoop Armchair, Vertical Slat Back, Upholstered Seat QTY 16 Each - Coat Rack Bench, Upholstered Seat, 17" Seat height QTY 2 Each - Backless Bench w/ arms, 58" Width, Upholstered Seat, 18.5" Seat height QTY 3 Each - Craft 25.5" x 27.5" End Table, 1-1/2" Veneer top w/ hickory bark edge banding QTY 6 Each - Craft 25" x 49" Cocktail/Coffee Table, 1-1/2" Veneer top w/ hickory bark edge banding QTY 2 Each The exact delivery address is to be determined, but shipping shall be calculated to show Eielson AFB, AK 99702 as the FOB Destination.
