- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N2MX1231A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 321991, with a corresponding small business size standard of not to exceed 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The 439th Airlift Wing requires temporary trailer units at Westover Air Reserve Base for a period not to exceed one year. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, delivery and removal, and other items and services necessary to provide the following: - Quantity of two (2) each, trailers, approximately 15 feet by 60 feet, with three (3) interior rooms, two (2) exterior doors, air conditioning, heat, and steps to enter the building. - Quantity of one (1) each, trailer, approximately 15 feet by 60 feet, with two (2) interior rooms, two (2) exterior doors, air conditioning, heat, and two large sliding "customer service" windows with decks/platforms for personnel to walk up to conduct operations. Must be handicap accessible via ramp All quotes will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced quote providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. NOTICE: **ANY RESULTANT AWARD IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY OF FUNDS** The period will run from approximately 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2011. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 to the 439th Contracting Flight, ATTN: Services and Supplies Branch, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA, 01022, or by E-mail to Richard.Belford.1@us.af.mil.
