- The U S Naval Hospital, Guam is soliciting a Fixed Price Price (PFP) type contract for a (1) Avea Standard, std card, product # ASHCA305MP, including all accessories, onsite installation, commissioning and one time user training. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. Additional supplies will be provided or cited on the Request for Quote (RFQ). All offeros must be Quote FOB: Destination for equipment. Responsible sources must be registered and active in Central Contracting Registration (CCR), have a valid DUN #, Cage Code and TAX ID #.
