- Fort Stewart has a requirement for repair and maintenance of its Railroad Highway Crossing Protection System (RHCPS). Service must meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will accompany the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside using NAICS code 238210. Quotations will be evaluated on the price, technically acceptable, and past performance. A written solicitation will be posted on Army Single Interface to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The solicitation can be found by searching for solicitation number: w9124m11t0080. The due date for quotations will be on or about 20 SEP 2011. Confirm due date block 8 of the SF 1449 when the solicitation is issued.
