- The military, medical and CDC facilities in Twentynine Palms, California require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk, dairy, and ice cream products from on or about November 13, 2011 to November 10, 2012. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Contract period will be for 12 months. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/. From the DIBBS homepage, choose DLA BSM Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) Search and then type in the solicitation number.
