- HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to J L Industries, Activar Inc for Antidote Treatment Nerve Agent Autoinjector Cabinets ( Item#: 1463F12-8). The proposed contract action is for the State Department. This item is available from J L Industries, Activar Inc, 4450 West 78 th St, Bloomington, MN 55435. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 10:00 am EST, September 22, 2011. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
