- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate, 1535 Command Dr, D-304, Andrews AFB, MD 20762, intends to procure FOIAXpress Software Maintenance, PAL Maintenance, Electronic Signature Maintenance, and Technical Support. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is F1DT861131AC04. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541511 with a business size standard of $25M. The proposed contract is 100% Brand Name Set-Aside for Small Business. LINE ITEM 0002: Public Access Link (PAL) Annual Maintenance Subscription, Period of Performance: 21 September 2011 - 20 September 2012; QTY: 1 EACH; UNIT PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: tiny_mce_marker____________. LINE ITEM 0003: Electronic Signature Annual Maintenance Subscription, Period of Performance: 21 September 2011 - 20 September 2012; QTY: 9 EACH UNIT PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: tiny_mce_marker_________. In accordance with the the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: lowest price technically acceptable. FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer.
