- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, intends to purchase: Four (4) RX2009-SDK-SMP-01A RTX 2009 SP2 SDK with SMP Runtime; Four (4) RX-MAINT RTX SDK Software Annual Maintenance from IntervalZero, 400 Fifth Ave, Fourth Floor, Waltham, MA 02451. In accordance with the circumstances defined in FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a non-competitive, firm fixed price order for the required software to IntervalZero. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) delivered (F.O.B. Destination) product. These items shall be shipped to: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Building 125, 6220 Tisdale Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448.
