- Solicitation Number: W9124D-11-T-0211 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Knox (MICC Center-Knox) intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for the refurbishment of a 1996 Williamson Trailer. The NAICS Code is 811121. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFQ will be posted https://www.fbo.gov on or about 14 September 2011. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on https://www.fbo.gov website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This action is set-aside for small business; all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) prior to the closing date listed in the solicitation. Prior to registering in CCR, contractors must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505.
