- Attached is the Justification and Approval behind our Notice of Intent to Sole-Source. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to RAE System Inc., 3775 N 1ST ST, SAN JOSE, CA 95134-1708. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(ii). RAE System Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for two (2) SolarRAE alternate power solar systems, Part # 029-505-100. This product will be provided to 460 CES/CEX, Buckley AFB, CO 80011. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Point of contact is Contracting Specialist MICHAEL S.
