- Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is issuing a Notice of Intent to advertisea NASA Emergency, Sole Source Procurement Request for Quote (RFQ). Capture 3D equipmentand software maintenance only, no Or Equal or substitutions will be acceptable. Ongoingmaintenance is needed to support the Marshall Information Technology Services (MITS)contract. This NASA project is managed at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), AL. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per theattached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files. Thisincludes the RFQ, the Representations and Certifications, which need to be completed andreturned with your offer. Dynetics Inc. Terms and Conditions will apply unless theofferor proposes GSA pricing or if the Terms and Conditions of the original LicenseAgreement will govern, in which case Dynetics Reps and Certs nor Terms and Conditionswill apply to this award. Interested vendors have three (3) days from this publicationdate of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their proposal to the undersigned at the InternetAddress or fax number listed below. All uploaded attachments must be completed and areconsidered a part of the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor this site forthe release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the requiredinformation will be considered non-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oral communicationsare not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ. This requirement is for Electronicand Information Technology (EIT) which must meet the accessibility standards establishedby Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 7941). The specific TechnicalStandards that apply will be identified in the solicitation. In responding to anysolicitation subsequent to this synopsis, you must state if the products offered meet theidentified Technical Standards. Additional information regarding Section 508 can beobtained from the General Services Administration at http://www.section508.gov/ or fromthe Dynetics Inc. point of contact identified in this announcement.
