- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W52P1J-11-T-5009 and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-50). This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and as a Firm-Fixed Price, 1 Year Basic Contract with 2 Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541430, and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 M. This requirement is for a Small Arms Interactive Exhibit for the Rock Island Arsenal Museum, per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). CLIN 0001: Base year - Create searchable and interactive database, provide necessary computer hardware and software, and perform 3D non-contact laser scans on 10 (ten) small arms; CLIN 1001: Option Year 1 (one); CLIN 2001: Option Year 2 (two). All CLINs are to be performed in accordance with the attached PWS. Delivery: Basic Year Period of Performance (POP) - to be completed 6 (six) months from the date of award, and FOB: Destination applies to all CLINS.
