- The subject Requirement is for the Acquisition of 1 NSN(s) for various end items. The major FSC(s) of this requirement is 2540. A Large Purchase Contract is anticipated. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000. The Solicitation will be unrestricted, with other than full & open competition applying. The solicitation will be available on app. September 29, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Quantity and Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All reponsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
