- Sources Sought Solicitation Number: VA24811RI1528 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville Fl 32608, is seeking to determine availability of Services for the maintenance on the Boston Scientific iLab equipment. Scheduled visits to conduct normal preventive maintenance and emergent repairs of Boston Scientific iLab equipment listed ILab Ultrasound System in the Cath Lad (NAICS) numbers is 339112 "One Preventative maintenance scheduled annually for a weekday between 8am and 5pm. "Unscheduled service within 48 hours of the customer's call. "All emergency calls are included as well as all travel, labor and parts. "24/7 telephone consultation at no additional charge "Any safety modification to the equipment when necessary at no charge to the customer "All work is areas involved shall be scheduled with the VA Cath Lab and Biomedical Engineering. "Work shall be scheduled for proper execution to completion of this contract. "Field engineer onsite coverage will be Mon-Fri 8:OOam-5pm, if afterhours is needed, FSE must coordinate with Biomedical Engineering Technician or Supervisor. "Written report of all findings and recommendations provided to customer within five business days. These requirements are not flexible. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to all these requirements should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence and any other information indicating the capability to successfully fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
