- Description
- J&A for IHS Fairplay Military Sealift Command, Services and Ship Support Division, IT Branch (N1022) requires a searchable database that includes marine transportation information, such as vessel and port characteristics, port-to-port distances, and other data of interest for MSC marine transportation specialists and staff in the Operations and Plan Directorate and the Sealift Program. Subscription services will be for a firm period of twelve months with a one-year option period. From MSC's research these services are exclusive to IHS Fairplay's proprietary database, and as such are the only source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by Military Sealift Command.
