- This Amend 1 J&A seeks to modify existing contract GS35F4692G, FA877006F8001, maitaining the system and support service for the previously approved period of performance through 30 April 2012. In November 2010, the DEAMS Increment 2 RFP was officially abandoned in response to the OMB M-10-26 Memo. in part, the OMB Memo directed "a re-examination of these expensive and lengthy investments in financial modernization solutions in favor of shorter term, lower cost, and easier to manage solutions. By dividing project into smaller segments taht deliver the most creitical functionality more quickly.
