- SOL: VA-261-11-RP-1248 Due: Sept. 30, 2011 (est) Request for Proposal (RFP) - Rack Washer/Sterilizer Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for Techniplast Equipment for Research Dept. at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. This will be a sole-source procurement to Techniplast as only Techniplast holds the proprietary information and has the parts available for maintenance of this equipment. However any interested firm which believes they can still provide for this requirement may make an inquiry. The NAICS code is 811310, size standard of $7.0 Million applies. Product Service code of J065 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about September 23, 2011. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W. Ulibarri, (650) 849-0395 or emailed to bill.ulibarri@va.gov. You may also mail to William Ulibarri, Network Contracting Activity (NCA/90), VAPAHCS, Bldg. MB-50, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Price includes all parts and labor to repair any failure due to a manufacturer or installation defect; and one site visit during the warranty period for service or repair. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
