- Statement of Work The U.S. Department of Education intends to issue a delivery order against existing LC/FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement # EH LC09D7041 with (EBSCO Publishing) for EBSCHOHOST Mental Measurements Yearbook with Tests in Print, ERIC, EconLit with Full text, Education Research Complete, Library Information Science and Technology Abstracts, Academic Search Premier with Full-text, PsycCritiques, PsycEXTRA, PsycBooks, PyscARTICLES, and PsycINFO. Services will be continued through September 30, 2012. No Solicitation Documents exists. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No award will be based on any offeror or proposal received in response to this notice.
