- NOTICE OF INTENT The USP&FO for Georgia, on behalf of the Georgia National Guard, JFHQ-J34, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Burglar Alarm Products, Inc. of Macon, GA under authority of FAR 6.302-1(2)(ii)(A). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations or an announcement of forthcoming solicitation. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required item(s)/service(s) no later than 19 September 2011, 12:00 PM, EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
