- The US Army Medical Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced contract, on a sole source base, IAW FAR 13.501(1)(ii) under the authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996), with Cambridgesoft of 101 N Billerica Ave, S-204 Building 5, North Billerica, MA 01862. Cambridgesoft is the owner of this proprietary software needed for a specific upgrade. All capability statements received by closing of this notification, 1300hrs, 20 SEP 2011, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
