- Issuing an amendment to the RFQ. Due to publicizing the procurement in NECO/Fedbizzops (Government Point of Entry), the closing date is hereby extended to 8:00 am (Eastern Daylight Savings Time ) on 17 September 2011. The This is a 100% small business set aside for various toners for IT printers. This will be a brand name or equal purchase. The required delivery date will be 45 days after contract award. The basis of award criteria is lowest price technical y acceptable. The RFQ will be uploaded in NECO and FedBizOpps. All responsible small business firms may submit a response by the time specified in the RFQ. Questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing to scott.j.lewis@navy.mil.
