- The contractor shall provide a quote using the schedule in Section B. Please quote brand name or equal to (if quoting equal to please include specifications with you quotation). The government is requesting a thermoplastic production grade 3D printer with the following characteristics (not all inclusive): The 3D printer must be able to produce models in a matter of hours. Minimum requirements/specifications: -Printer must be able to be used in an office environment and produce no toxic material or noxious fumes -Printer must be able to print from 3D CAD files -Models produced by printer must require no cure time -Models must be able to be sanded, painted and drilled -Build Envelop must be a minimum of 8 x 8 x 12 inches -Support Material must be soluble -Contractor must be authorized distributors of the printer -Contractor must provide implementation and setup of printer. -Contractor must provide 1 year service for printer Section B Schedule of Supplies and Services These are general characteristics of the shelving solution being sought and are subject to change based on the site visit.
