- ISU 90KC Containers w/Hazmat Doors: The solicitation number is F4F3AD1201A901. The NAICS Code is 332439. The size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The proposed source is AAR Mobility Systems; Cadillac, MI 49601. The requirement specifications are as follows: Manufacturer: AAR Mobility Systems 9 Each: ISU-90 KC Four Door Green Container with 050 kits (Part Number 56120050) Kit contains (2) hazmat doors, factory installed 54 Each: Shelf Assembly, ISU90KC (Part Number 50002117) 36 Each: Tie Down Straps (Part Number 86060375) 36 Each: ISU Shelf Restraint Net w/shelf bracket Hardware Kit (Part Number 60177005) There are two critical requirements that must be satisfied by these containers. 1) The containers must have Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) certified doors and 2) An Air Flow shipment 463L compatible pallet that is welded to the bottom of the container. The unique design of the ISU 90KC containers fully satisfies this need. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, 15 Sept 2011 will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
