- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Procurement Office: Mission & Installation Command Contracting Center, Fort Knox, Bldg 1109B, STE 250, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 Response Date: September 15, 2PM: EDT The Mission & Installation Command Contracting Center (MICC) intends to award on a sole-sourced basis a contract to EC America for MapXtreme Java Edition 4.8.2-Maintenance, MapInfo Professional MATS-US Standard License, ENVINSA ROUTING- Maintenance, ENVINSA ROUTING-Subscription, and 5 Digit Zip Codes W/M. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the MICC's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by September 15 by 2pm EST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to timothy.j.elder@us.army.mil by 2pm local time, Fort Knox, Kentucky (EST) on September 15, 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system at www.ccr.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
